Asphalt Road Construction

Asphalt roads remain the standard

There’s a reason that asphalt roads remain the standard. They are durable, attractive, easily serviced and environmentally sustainable. Our asphalt paving contractors provide new road construction throughout Lake County, Ohio, and the surrounding areas. By using state-of-the-art equipment and new technologies, you can trust DD Mitchell to get the job done right the first time.

Commercial Parking Lot Maintenance & Parking Lot Repair

Striping completes a parking lot

Your business’s parking lot can easily be overlooked during day to day operations. However, proper commercial parking lot maintenance is important for both customer safety and can help improve your business’s image. A new sealcoating creates a clean and professional look that can attract new customers. It will also improve traffic flow and helps customers navigate the parking lot. Our parking lot maintenance can make a real difference in your business.

Other Asphalt Paving Services

We’re also experts at milling, driveway construction, catch basins and sports courts!

Asphalt Milling

Milling provides a smooth, even surface
Asphalt milling — also referred to as “profiling” — produces a uniform section and smooth riding surface, with a minimum standard curbing height of 6 inches.

Drain & Catch Basins

Catch Basins (known as storm drains)
Catch Basins provide an essential purpose on all commercial parking lots. When properly installed, they allow water to flow off of the asphalt pavement.

Driveways

Asphalt driveway provides a strong and long-lasting surface
High quality asphalt driveways are designed and installed to work in tandem with pre-existing topographical features, much easier maintenance than concrete in Northeast Ohio.

Sports Courts

Quality installation and painting
A sports court — whether residential, municipal or commercial — is a great way to encourage physical activity. Our masterfully built sports courts provide years of fun!
