Growing up in a family paving business, owner Mitch Daniels has seen many ups and downs. As an employee of Northeastern Road Improvements, he has had many different job titles. He started as a general laborer. He progressed to an Estimator, then the General Superintendent, and eventually, President of the company. In 2005, when Northeastern Road Improvements was sold, he decided to stay in the asphalt paving industry and formed DD Mitchell Construction, LLC. With years of business experience as an asphalt paving contractor, Mitch Daniels was able to build up his equipment fleet to where it is today.
